DAP Moves Forward with Data Gathering

At the DAP quarterly gathering, epidemiologists with the Navajo Epidemiology Center (NEC), who are a part of the DAP Data Workgroup, demonstrated the NEC’s online dashboard which reports data from all clinics on the Navajo Nation on hospitalization and emergency room rates.

Family Violence Awareness Conference 2025

NDCFS is hosting a Family Violence Awareness Conference September 29-30, 2025, at Navajo Technical University in Crownpoint, NM. The purpose of the conference is to bring domestic violence awareness and education to Navajo communities.

NDCFS Recognizes World Suicide Prevention Day

The Navajo Nation has proclaimed the month of September, “Navajo Nation Recovery and Suicide Prevention Month.” This month also recognizes World Suicide Prevention Day, which is Sept. 10.
